I know I haven't been active lately. The main reason why is that my job has become much more time consuming. When I started making themes for Windows 8, the main reason why was because the default theme in my opinion looked mediocre at best. I wanted to make Windows look better, so I bought WSB and started theming away. When the time Windows 8.1 came around, I had to update all my themes to make them compatible. This wasn't so time consuming as you could just tweak a few things here and there to make it work. With Windows 10 however, the structure of visual styles have changed so much that you would have to start from a clean slate. I have attempted to port several of my themes, but it proves to be very time consuming, something that I don't have much of. Another issue is that Windows 10 is now a service, meaning that updates will be rolled out in increments. This means that visual styles could break at any time, which means themes will have to be updated very often. The worst case scenario would be that Microsoft rolls out an update that would softbrick your computer due to incompatibility with a custom theme; this is something I do not want to handle or be involve in. All of this and the lack of motivation is why I have yet to release any updated themes for Windows 10. The last reason would be that I'm content with how Windows 10 looks. The interface has been unified and Microsoft is continuing to make things look better.
I'll still be creating awesome things, but I will most likely stay away from visual styles.
Here's some good news. I'm proud to present my next Android icon pack, Quantum Dots. You can find more info about it here
