you literally drag and drop the index.html file into your browser.

If that doesn't work, press Ctrl+O in chrome and select the index.html file

How to use:
1. Download files
2. Extract files to a new folder of your choice
3. Drag the "index.html" file into your browser (firefox, chrome, IE, etc)
4. enjoy
