rename .xpi to .zip, change the file, rename it back and install.

and of course pack everything back into an addon like this :
- Copy everything to a ZIP folder,
- rename addon.zip to addon.xpi
- Open FFX addon manager
- Click install addon from file
- and select addon.xpi

And that's it

Open the addon with 7 ZIP and extract everything.
Find the icon, and change it !!!
